Your business details and time zone

Go to Settings › General.

• Business name and About your business: what it does, who it serves and anything agents should always assume. Every agent reads this as background, so keep it accurate.
• Timezone: it decides what "today" means for your team, the dates in their answers, routine schedules and working hours. An agent can have its own time zone in its settings.

The name you're shown by in the app, and the email you sign in with, are in Settings › Your account.
