Start a routine from another system (webhook)

Choose On webhook call to let another tool start a routine, for example a form on your website or another tool you use.

1. Save the routine to get its link.
2. Paste the link into the other tool as a webhook URL (POST). The key is already in the link; if the tool prefers, send it in the x-playbook-secret header instead.
3. Whatever the tool sends (JSON, form fields or text) reaches the agent with the job.

Good to know

• Each routine accepts up to 20 calls an hour.
• Keep the link private. If it leaks, make a new link and save: the old one stops working at once.
