Delete a workspace or your account

Both are in Settings › Your account › Danger zone. Deletion is immediate and permanent: there's no undo and no backup to restore.

Delete a workspace

Every workspace you own is listed there, each with its own Delete. It removes that business and everything in it: agents, tasks, records, knowledge, routines, connected apps, files and chat history. Your other workspaces stay as they are.

Delete your account

Removes your account, every workspace you own, and all their data.

Deleting stops the workspace's paid plan at once, without a refund for the rest of the period. Save anything you want to keep first: download results one by one, or email info@simurg.me for a copy of the rest.
