Find, edit and turn off knowledge

• Sources lists everything as folders. Search by title, or by #tag.
• Click an item to read it. Edit the text and save; agents use the new version straight away.
• Switch an item off to keep it but stop agents using it. Switch it back on any time.
• An item can have an end date, after which agents stop using it. Handy for a seasonal offer.
• Delete an item to remove it for good.

Items your agents added

Agents can save useful facts they learn while working. These show as New · by the agent's name until you open them, so you can check them. When an agent spots that a fact looks out of date, it suggests a correction and asks you first.
