Run a routine on a schedule

Choose On a schedule under When, then pick how often:

• every few minutes or hours
• every day, at a time you pick
• every weekday (Monday to Friday)
• every week
• every month
• or a cron expression, if you know them

The builder shows the next run times so you can check them. Times follow your workspace's time zone, set in Settings › General › Timezone.

Good to know

• Every run uses credits, so a routine every 5 minutes adds up. Start with the slowest schedule that works.
• An agent with Working hours only starts routine work inside those hours.
