Approve, change or reject

When an agent asks to take an action, the card shows exactly what will happen: the app, the action and every detail (for example the recipient, subject and full email).

Your three choices

• Approve: the action runs exactly as shown. The agent can't change the details after you approve.
• Request changes: write what should be different. The task goes back to the agent with your note, and it comes back to you again.
• Reject: the action doesn't happen and the task closes.

Good to know

• When an agent changes a list or a field, the card shows the old value next to the new one.
• An approval waits 3 days. If nobody decides by then, the action is cancelled and never runs, and the task asks for your review.
• You can approve from the bell, from the Home chat, or from the task in Tasks.
