What tables are

Tables are simple lists your agents fill and keep up to date, like a spreadsheet that runs itself. Each row is a record: one lead, one ticket, one invoice.

• Every table has one owner agent. VEGA owns Leads, ECHO owns Tickets, and so on. The owner picks up new rows and keeps them moving.
• Other agents can read a table and add to its records, but the owner is responsible for it.
• Agents create and update records as part of their work, so the table fills itself. You can also add and edit rows yourself.
• Every change is recorded: who changed what, and when.
