Add and edit records
Updated
- Click New to add a record.
- Click any cell to change it.
- Click a record's name to open it. The panel has Details (every field), Activity (every change and who made it) and Links (related records in other tables).
Point an agent at one record
Every record has a permanent name, like LEAD-12. Use it in a chat ("Draft a follow-up for LEAD-12") and the agent works on exactly that row.
