Can my agents search the web?

Agents can read a web page when you give them the link, and they can read anything in your connected apps and Knowledge. They don't have a search engine of their own.

For web search, connect a search app from Connected Apps (search for "search" in the catalog) and switch it on for the agents that need it. For facts about your own business, Knowledge is better: it's yours and always right.
