Check what an agent would find

Not sure an agent will find the right fact? Use the Ask box on the Knowledge page.

1. Pick the agent.
2. Type what it might look for: "refund policy for annual plans".
3. You see what it Would get, what was Left out as not relevant, and what's In every job.

If the right item isn't found, add a note that answers it, or reword the item so it says it plainly. Folders the agent can't read are listed too, in case that's the reason.
