Attach files to a message

Drag files into the message box, or use the attach button, to give your team documents, images or data.
What you can attach
- Images
- PDF and Word (.docx) documents
- Spreadsheets (.xlsx, .csv, .tsv)
- Text, Markdown and JSON files
- Videos (.mp4, .mov, .webm)
Size limits
Up to 20 MB per file, and 50 MB for a video.
Good to know
- Agents read the text in documents and look at images.
- Videos are stored with the message, but no agent can watch them.
- A file in a chat is for that conversation. To make a fact available to every agent for good, add it to Knowledge instead.
