How we look after your data
Updated
- Your workspace is yours. Each workspace's data is kept separate and is only searched within that workspace.
- No training. We don't use your content to train or fine-tune AI models, and we don't sell your data or show you ads.
- AI providers. Your agents' work is processed by AI models from providers such as OpenAI, Google and Anthropic, under API terms that generally don't allow them to train on it.
- Connected apps are linked through a specialist connection provider, which holds the access tokens. We never see your app passwords.
- Payments go through Stripe. We never see your card number.
- Your own AI keys are encrypted and only used by your workspace.
- You decide what agents may do in your apps, through autonomy levels and approvals.
