Set rules for single actions

Every app offers many actions: read an email, draft one, send one, delete one. You can set a rule for any single action:
- Always allow: runs without asking.
- Always ask: waits for your approval every time.
- Blocked: never offered to any agent.
With no rule set, reading runs freely and anything that changes something follows each agent's autonomy level.
Where
- For the whole workspace: Connected Apps, click the app, then its actions.
- For one agent only: the agent's Tools tab, then the app. Anything you leave untouched there follows the workspace rule.
A common setup: Gmail drafting on Always allow, sending on Always ask, deleting Blocked.
