Include in every job

Some facts are rules every job must follow: your tone, your sign-off, things never to promise. Switch on Include in every job for those items and every agent sees them in every task, not only when the job seems to need them.
- Keep these short. Each can be up to 1,500 characters.
- Everything else is used only when a job needs it, which is cheaper and keeps agents focused.
- Items included in every job are marked Every job in the list.
For things no agent must ever do, also add them as red lines.
