A quick glossary of the words used across the app.
- Agent: an AI team member with a job, its own instructions, tools and tables.
- CORE: your chief of staff. It plans and hands out work but never does it itself. You can rename it.
- ARCHITECT: the agent that builds your setup: agents, tables, routines and skills.
- Task: one job for one agent. Every task has a status, a result and a timeline.
- Routine: work that runs by itself, on a schedule or when something happens.
- Table and record: a table is a list (like Leads) and each row in it is a record. Every table has one agent who owns it.
- Knowledge: facts, documents and web pages your agents read.
- Skill: a how-to guide an agent reads before doing a certain job. It teaches a method; it doesn't add new abilities.
- Tool: a single action an agent can take, like "send an email" or "create a record".
- Connected app: an app like Gmail or Slack that your agents can work in.
- Autonomy level: how much an agent may do without asking you.
- Approval: an action waiting for your OK.
- Credits: what your agents spend when they work.
- Red lines: things no agent may ever do.
- Workspace: one business. Each has its own team, data and plan.
