Chat with one agent

Every conversation on Home belongs to one agent. A new chat starts with CORE, but you can talk to any agent directly.

Start a chat with a specific agent

• On Home, pick the agent from the list on the left, or
• on the Team page, use the chat button on the agent, or
• in a new chat, pick the agent from the chip in the message box before you send your first message.

Good to know

• A conversation stays with the agent it started with. To talk to someone else, start a New chat.
• An agent in chat can look things up and answer. When the work needs real actions, it queues a task for itself, and you'll see it in Tasks.
• If you fire an agent, its old conversations stay readable but you can't send new messages.
• On other pages, the round chat button at the bottom right opens a quick chat with your team.
