Set red lines

Red lines are things your agents must never do, in plain words. Before anything goes out, every agent's work is checked against them.

1. Go to Settings › Budget & safety › Red lines.

2. Add a line, for example:

   • "Never mention competitors by name."
   • "Never offer a discount above 10%."
   • "Never promise a delivery date."

3. Save.

If work breaks a red line, it's flagged, and an action that would have run on its own waits for you instead.

You can have up to 10 red lines of up to 200 characters each. Short and specific works best: "Never mention competitors by name" beats "be careful".
