Import a spreadsheet

Bring rows in from a CSV file, exported from Excel, Google Sheets or another tool.

1. Open the table and choose Import CSV.
2. Drop the file in. The first row must be the column names.
3. For each CSV column, choose which field it goes into (Import as), or skip it. A sample value helps you check.
4. Import.

Your plan's record limit applies. To import from Excel, save the sheet as CSV first.

A spreadsheet dropped into Knowledge is better here: in a table, agents can count, filter and total the rows; in Knowledge they can only quote them.
