    What a routine is

    Updated

A routine is a job your team repeats without you asking each time. It has two parts: when it runs, and what an agent does.

    Examples

    • Every weekday at 9: "Check new leads and draft a first reply to each."
    • When a new email arrives: "Read it, decide if it needs a reply, and draft one."
    • When a ticket moves to Resolved: "Ask the customer for a review."

    Where to find them

Routines lists them all. Each one has an On/Off switch, shows its last run, and how many items are waiting for you. Routines you added but never switched on wait under Ready to switch on.

Each run is a normal task, so it shows in Tasks, uses credits, and asks for approval according to the agent's autonomy level.
